Controlled Company definition

Controlled Company means a company having not more than fifty members and controlled, in the manner described by section 139, by not more than five persons;
Controlled Company means a company in relation to which another company is the controlling company;
Controlled Company means a company that is a “controlled company” within the meaning of such term under the New York Stock Exchange rules or the rules of such other stock exchange or securities market on which shares of Common Stock are then listed or quoted.
