  • Screen CreditScreen credit for High Budget SVOD Programs shall be subject to the provisions of Television Schedule A as modified below.

  • The foregoing does not apply to residuals for reruns of dramatic television motion pictures and High Budget SVOD Programs in network prime time as provided in Section 18(b)(1) or to promotional reruns as provided in Section 18(b)(3) of the Television Agreement or to exhibitions in prime time on The CW.

  • Apply the upset prices for programs 30 minutes or less to High Budget SVOD Programs 20-35 minutes, the upset prices for programs 60 minutes or less to High Budget SVOD Programs 36-65 minutes and the upset prices for programs more than 90 minutes to High Budget SVOD Programs 66 minutes or more.

  • Any individual who has worked as an Associate Director, Stage Manager, Assistant Director or UPM on any multi-camera program for a minimum of thirty (30) days within the past five (5) years shall be eligible for employment on multi-camera prime time dramatic programs covered under Article 24, or multi-camera High Budget SVOD Programs covered under Sideletter No. 35, in that category and in any other category which requires fewer qualifying days under the provisions of Article 24-500.

Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.
