  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, neither the Companies, Pregis Mexico, Pregis, the Hexacomb Sellers nor any of their respective Affiliates, representatives or advisors has made, or shall be deemed to have made, to Buyer or any other Person any representations or warranty other than those expressly made by the Companies, Pregis Mexico, Pregis and the Hexacomb Sellers, as applicable, in this Article III.
