Held on step definition

Held on step means the teacher will receive the salary of the new salary schedule for his/her present step or if the teacher is above schedule, the teacher will be held at present salary or the salary of the new printed schedule, whichever is greater. Any increases due to additional credit hours or "add-ons" will be granted.

  • Securities Accounts (i) shall mean all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4(A) under the heading “Securities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

  • Trust Indenture Act or TIA The Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended from time to time, as in effect on any relevant date.

  • Pledged Interests Addendum means a Pledged Interests Addendum substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Perfection Certificates is defined in Section 5.1.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Class M-8 Certificate Any one of the Class M-8 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Accession Agreement means an Accession Agreement substantially in the form of Annex I to the Guaranty.

  • Perfection Certificate Supplement means a certificate supplement in the form of Exhibit G-2 hereto or any other form approved by the Collateral Agent.

  • Guarantor Joinder Agreement means a guarantor joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 7.14 delivered by a Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to Section 7.14.

  • Funds held on trust means those funds which the Trust holds on date of incorporation, receives on distribution by statutory instrument or chooses subsequently to accept under powers derived under S.90 of the NHS Act 1977, as amended. Such funds may or may not be charitable.

  • Class M-6 Certificate Any one of the Class M-6 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M-9 Certificate Any one of the Class M-9 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Pledge Supplement means any supplement to this agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Class M-3 Certificate Any one of the Class M-3 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.

  • Class M-7 Certificate Any one of the Class M-7 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Series Accounts means, collectively, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account, the Distribution Account, the Reserve Account and the Spread Account.

  • Collateral Trust Joinder means (i) with respect to the provisions of this Agreement relating to any Additional Parity Lien Debt, an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B, and (ii) with respect to the provisions of this Agreement relating to the addition of additional Grantors, an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Class M-5 Certificate Any one of the Class M-5 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
