Class M-6 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-6 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class M-6 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-6 Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-M-6 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class M-6 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class M-6 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.

Class M-6 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class M-6 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class M-6 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive Basis Risk Shortfall Carry Forward Amounts and (iii) the obligation to pay Class IO Distribution Amounts.
Class M-6 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-6 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-11, executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 3.
Class M-6 Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated a Class M-6 Certificate pursuant to Section 6.01.
Class M-6 Certificate. Any one of the Class M-6 Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1, senior to the Class M-7 Certificates, Class M-8 Certificates, Class M-9 Certificates, Class M-10 Certificates, Class SB Certificates and Class R Certificates with respect to distributions and the allocation of Realized Losses as set forth in Section 4.05, and evidencing (i) an interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions, (ii) the right to receive payments under the Swap Agreement and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
