Health Canada Licenses definition

Health Canada Licenses means, in respect of any Obligor, all Material Permits of such Obligor which are both related to the Cannabis-Related Activities of such Obligor and issued by Health Canada, including Material Permits to plant, grow, cultivate, extract, produce, process, store, destroy, sell, provide, ship, deliver, transport and/or distribute cannabis under Applicable Law, including without limitation License Nos. LIC-CJMMLU7IJN-2019, XXX-XXXXXXXXXX-0000, XXX-XXXXXXXX00-0000, LIC- QBWAEEME64-2018-2, and LIC-NM7TA6CIJ3-2019.
Health Canada Licenses means all material licenses related to cannabis and issued by Health Canada, including without limitation License No. LIC-ICNMH3T0MG-2019.
Health Canada Licenses means the three licenses issued to Maricann Inc. from Health Canada: 1) License number LIC-3788GNDDOH-2018 in respect to the site located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Unit 3, Burlington, ON issued on November 10, 2018 and expiring on September 1, 2020; 2) License number LIC-A08LF30KL0-2018 in respect to the site located at 000 0xx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX for the purposes of standard cultivation, standard processing and sale issued on November 10, 2018 and expiring October 9, 2020; and 3) License number LIC-7C4RVGYDCC-2018 with respect to the site located at 000 0xx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX for the purposes of standard cultivation issued on November 8, 2018 and expiring April 20, 2021.

Health Canada Licenses means, together: (a) the License limited to research with license number LIC-X6YITLBRV0-2019 with an effective date of October 24, 2019 issued by Health Canada to Hxxxx pursuant to the Cannabis Act (Canada); and (b) the License limited to analytical testing with license number LIC-X716QUTWJH-2020 with an effective date of February 5, 2020 issued by Health Canada to the Company pursuant to the Cannabis Act (Canada).

Related to Health Canada Licenses

  • Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).

  • Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises, and similar consents granted or issued by any Person and are associated with or necessary to operate the Company and/or used in connection with the Business.

  • Patent Licenses means all agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered in whole or in part by a Patent, including any of the foregoing referred to in Schedule 5.

  • Biologics License Application or “BLA” means an application requesting permission from the FDA to introduce, or deliver for introduction, a biological product into interstate commerce, or any similar application or submission for marketing authorization of a product filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain Regulatory Approval for such product in a country or group of countries.

  • FLEGT-licensed means production and process methods, also referred to as timber production standards, and in the context of social criteria, contract performance conditions (only), as defined by a bilateral Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) between the European Union and a timber- producing country under the FLEGT scheme, where both Parties have agreed to establish a system under which timber that has been produced in accordance with the relevant laws of the producing country, and other criteria stipulated by the VPA, are licensed for export by the producing country government. This may also include any timber that has been independently verified as meeting all the producing country's requirements for a FLEGT licence, where a VPA has been signed but the FLEGT licensing system is not fully operational. Evidence from a country that has not signed up to a VPA which demonstrates that all of the requirements equivalent to FLEGT-licensed timber have been met will also be acceptable. CPET will produce further guidance on FLEGT-licensed or equivalent timber in due course.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority.

  • Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
