Hargreaves Group definition

Hargreaves Group means the Carrier and its subsidiaries from time to time and the ultimate holding company (if any) of the Carrier and every other subsidiary of the same ultimate holding company (if any) from time to time (and “holding company” and “subsidiary” shall have the meaning given to them in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006).

Examples of Hargreaves Group in a sentence

  • Other than members of the Hargreaves Group, a person who is not a party to this Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms.

  • The Company may perform any of its obligations or exercise any of its rights hereunder through any member of the Hargreaves Group.

  • The Contractor hereby agrees to indemnify, keep indemnified, defend and hold the Company (and members of the Hargreaves Group) harmless in full, and on demand, in respect of any claims that may be made by HM Revenue and Customs and any other relevant authorities against the Company (and/or any member of the Hargreaves Group) in respect of tax demands or National Insurance or similar contributions relating to the execution of the Works by the Contractor.

  • In the pursuance of the provision of its own services James Hargreaves Group only use their own employees.
