Examples of H & I Region Members in a sentence

  • The H & I Region Members shall, as a group, be entitled to appoint a maximum of three H & I Region Directors and (in addition to the retirement by rotation provisions in Article 11.6) to remove any H & I Region Director so appointed and, upon his removal, to appoint another person to act as a H & I Region Director in his place.

  • Each H & I Region Director then in office shall automatically retire at the next annual general meeting of the Company following his appointment and the H & I Region Members shall, at that annual general meeting, appoint three H & I Region Directors their place.

  • Delaware Divided LLC means any Delaware LLC which has been formed upon consummation of a Delaware LLC Division.

  • General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.
