Guarantee Amount definition
Guarantee Amount means the maximum amount payable under a guarantee which amount shall be specifically set forth in writing at the time the guarantee is entered into by the authority.
Guarantee Amount means an amount specified by Contributor which is set forth in the Guarantee Agreement for the Contributor, provided the aggregate Guarantee Amount for the Contributor shall not exceed Sixty-Five Million Dollars ($65,000,000).
