GSK Personal Information definition

GSK Personal Information means any Personal Information that is: (i) provided by GSK to the Supplier; (ii) collected by the Supplier on behalf of GSK; (iii) otherwise Processed by the Supplier for the purpose of providing the Services; and (iv) any copies of, materials derived from or incorporating, the Personal Information that is provided, collected or Processed pursuant to (i) – (iii) above, in each case in any medium. 2.10 GSK Sensitive Personal Information.
GSK Personal Information means any personal data used for the purpose of the Services that is: (i) supplied by or on behalf of GSK to Supplier (including where Supplier has access to personal data held by GSK or on its behalf), or which Supplier collects or generates on behalf of GSK; (ii) that is processed by Supplier under or in connection with the Agreement; and (iii) in respect of which GSK is a controller or owner (or equivalent). “GSK Basic Personal Information” is a subset of GSK Personal Information that includes the following personal data: first name and/or last name, initials, work contact details, login credentials, group memberships, network or user identification number, work history and skills, gender or title, event attendance of GSK employees and complementary workers using the Services. “GSK Limited Personal Information” is a subset of GSK Basic Personal Information that includes the following personal data: first name and/or last name, initials, work contact details, and login credentials needed to engage Supplier Services.
GSK Personal Information means any Personal Information that is provided to or obtained by the Supplier or Supplier personnel in connection with the performance of Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement. “Incoterms” means the Year 2010 edition of the official International Chamber of Commerce Rules for the interpretation of trade terms.

  • In addition, Supplier shall cause its employees and/or agents to comply with all Applicable Laws relating to the Processing of GSK Personal Information.

  • To the extent that the provisions of this InfoProtect Addendum are deemed insufficient under Applicable Laws relating to the Processing of GSK Personal Information, the Parties shall amend this InfoProtect Addendum or the Agreement as needed so that the Parties are in compliance with such laws.Supplier shall provide GSK with all reasonable assistance and information with regard to making any notifications to or registration with any legal or regulatory authorities as required by Applicable Law.

  • For purposes of this InfoProtect Addendum and the Agreement, the parties agree that GSK is the sole owner of all GSK Personal Information and GSK has the right to direct Supplier in connection with Supplier’s Processing of GSK Personal Information in accordance with Clause 16 of GSK Standard Terms and Conditions and as amended by this Appendix C.

  • In addition to Supplier’s other obligations specified in the Agreement (Compliance with Laws), Supplier shall comply with all Applicable Laws relating to the privacy and security of GSK Personal Information.

  • Such coverage shall be in such amounts, from such companies, and on such terms and conditions, as is customarily carried by reasonably prudent landlords of First Class Buildings.

  • All or part of the GSK Personal Information may contain data that is licensed to GSK by third parties.

  • Immediately upon becoming aware of any event raising concern regarding a breach of the GSK Personal Information integrity, unauthorized use thereof or deviation from authorization ("Data Breach"), and in any event, not later than 24 hours after becoming aware of that breach, Supplier shall (i) notify GSK of the breach; and (ii) provide GSK all information necessary for GSK to meet its obligations under applicable data protection and privacy laws, including any reporting obligations.

  • Unless stated otherwise in the Agreement, or agreed in writing between the parties, GSK Personal Information will be Processed for the term of the Agreement, and any such additional period as may be stated therein.

  • Supplier shall certify compliance with this requirement by written notice to Purchaser received no later than thirty (30) days following such return, deletion or destruction of all GSK Personal Information.

  • Supplier will use solutions that meet or exceed current industry standards, to Purchaser’s reasonable satisfaction.3.2 Upon discovering any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, GSK Personal Information (a “Data Security Breach”), Supplier will send an e-mail to csir@gsk.com notifying Purchaser without undue delay, and in any case within(6) six hours.

GSK Personal Information means any Personal Information that is provided to or obtained by Supplier or Supplier personnel in connection with the performance of Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement. GSK Personal Information will relate to the following categories of data subject, and will include the following types of Personal Information:

Related to GSK Personal Information

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security Numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Confidential personal information means a party’s or a party’s child’s Social Security number; date of birth; driver license number; any other names used, now or in the past; and employer’s name, address, and telephone number.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.

  • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Company Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Target Companies or any of their respective Representatives, furnished in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby; provided, however, that Company Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Company or its Representatives to the Purchaser or its Representatives was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Company Confidential Information.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information means trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any of its affiliates, or of any customers, members, employees or directors of any of such entities, but shall not include any information that (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to Executive by the Company or (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to Executive by the Company other than as a result of a disclosure by Executive in violation of this Agreement. By way of illustration but not limitation, “Proprietary and Confidential Information” includes: (i) trade secrets, documents, memoranda, reports, files, correspondence, lists and other written and graphic records affecting or relating to any such entity’s business; (ii) confidential marketing information including without limitation marketing strategies, customer and client names and requirements, services, prices, margins and costs; (iii) confidential financial information; (iv) personnel information (including without limitation employee compensation); and (v) other confidential business information.

  • Member Information means the share, deposit, loan account balances, or other information related to any member of a domestic credit union maintained in any form.

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
