Group IV Collateral definition

Group IV Collateral means the Master Lease and all payments made thereunder, the Group IV Vehicles, the rights under Vehicle Disposition Programs in respect of Group IV Vehicles, any other Group IV Master Collateral, Master Lease Collateral or other Collateral related to Group IV Vehicles, the Group IV Collection Account and all proceeds of the foregoing.
Group IV Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(a) of this Supplement.
Group IV Collateral is defined in SECTION 2.1 of this Series Supplement.
