Group Employer definition

Group Employer has the meaning given to that term in clause 3.4.2;
Group Employer means the Employer that adopts this Plan and all members of a controlled group of corporations (as defined in Section 414(b) of the Code), all commonly controlled trades or businesses (as defined in Section 414(c) of the Code), all affiliated service groups (as defined in Section 414(m) of the Code) and any other affiliated entities (as provided in Section 414(o) of the Code) of which the Employer is a part.
