Grease removal device means an interceptor, trap or other mechanical device designed, constructed and intended to remove, hold or otherwise prevent the passage of grease to the sanitary sewer. "Hazardous material" means any material so designated by Title 17 of this code. "Hazardous waste" means a material designated as a hazardous waste by 40 CFR Part 261 or California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 11.
