Grease Trap. If applicable, the ‘Tenant’s Proportionate Grease Trap Share’ will be the proportionate share of the ‘Grease Trap Maintenance Expense’ and part of a Tenant’s Common Area Payment determined by (i) the Tenant’s use of grease trap and (ii) by multiplying the Grease Trap Maintenance Expense incurred by Landlord by a fraction: the numerator of which is the Rentable Square Feet of the Leased Premises and the denominator of which is the aggregate Rentable Square Feet of all leased premises of the tenants that use the grease trap. Landlord shall be responsible for certifying the aggregate Rentable Square Feet of all leased premises of the tenants that use the grease trap.‌‌‌
Grease Trap. Company is responsible for cleaning the grease pit and ensuring proper disposal of removed grease.
Grease Trap. Lessee shall be responsible to clean, maintain, service and keep the grease trap system, to include vent hoods and all related equipment, in good working order and satisfactory condition and shall: i) Purchase a service contract with a qualified vendor for regular maintenance of the grease trap system. ii) Conduct regularly-scheduled, monthly cleanings, of the grease trap system, vent hoods and related equipment as necessary to maintain the grease trap system in good working order, and which shall include but not be limited to, the following activities: • Remove the grease, water and any accumulated sludge from the bottom of the interceptor as needed. • Thoroughly scrub down the baffles, sides and lid of the grease trap.
Grease Trap. A precast concrete grease trap vault with accessible lid shall be provided for the any future commercial kitchen facility. A grease waste line from the building to the grease trap vault shall be provided. The size shall be determined by the selected kitchen equipment and layout, per applicable code. For grease traps located in a loading dock area, vault lids must meet minimum H20/HS20 load rating requirements.

Grease Trap. Tenant shall contract for, in its own name, and shall pay for a qualified service contractor to inspect, clean and repair such grease trap at such intervals as may be required by tenant’s use, but in no event less frequently than once a month and in all events pursuant to regulations established by the health department and equipment specifications. Within three (3) days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of the inspection and service report for such grease trap.
