Examples of Government Support Package in a sentence

  • Such change shall have effect on the date specified in the written notice (which date shall (i) other than in the case of emergency, be such date as will not cause material inconvenience to the other Parties in the execution of their obligations under the Project Documents and the Government Support Package and (ii) not be earlier than the date on which the notice would become effective in accordance with Clause 19.1.3 (Delivery)).

  • The Principal has become a party to a discontinuation agreement dated 2015 (the "Agreement") in relation to the Government Support Package for the Thames Tideway Tunnel Project and is obliged, pursuant to clause 6.5 of the Agreement, to deliver to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (the "Secretary of State") a power of attorney in the form of this Deed.

  • The Senior Debt Compensation and the Equity Compensation payable under this Agreement shall be the sole remedy of the Security Trustee, of IP HoldCo and of IP OpCo against the Secretary of State in respect of its right to issue a Discontinuation Notice or the termination of this Agreement and the Government Support Package.

  • The Group will not engage in speculative treasury activity; and• The Group will manage its financing activities in compliance with the constraints imposed by the Government Support Package, financing documents and the Group’s Licence.

  • Subject to Clause 18.4 (Secretary of State exception), the Secretary of State shall not, without the prior written consent of each of the Infrastructure Provider and Thames Water (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), assign, novate or otherwise transfer its rights or obligations under any Project Document or Government Support Package in whole or in part.

  • Subject to Clause 18.2 (Infrastructure Provider exception), the Infrastructure Provider shall not assign, novate or otherwise transfer its rights or obligations under any Project Document or Government Support Package in whole or in part except with the prior written consent of the other Parties (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Related to Government Support Package

  • Covered Government support contractor means a contractor (other than a litigation support contractor covered by 252.204-7014) under a contract, the primary purpose of which is to furnish independent and impartial advice or technical assistance directly to the Government in support of the Government’s management and oversight of a program or effort (rather than to directly furnish an end item or service to accomplish a program or effort), provided that the contractor—

  • Government Subcontract means a Contract that is a subcontract between the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates on the one hand, and any third party on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such third party and (i) any Governmental Authority or (ii) another party where the ultimate contracting party is a Governmental Authority. Government Subcontract includes all bids and proposals submitted to any party that may result in the award of a Government Subcontract.

  • Government agreement has the meaning given in the Government Agreements Xxx 0000 (WA);

  • Government Contract means any Contract between, on the one hand, the Company or any of the Subsidiaries and, on the other hand: (i) the United States government or any other Governmental Authority, (ii) any prime contractor to the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or (iii) any subcontractor with respect to any Contract described in clauses (i) or (ii).

  • Government Mortgage Loan means a closed-end First Mortgage Loan that is either HUD/FHA insured (other than a HUD 203(K) Mortgage Loan or a Title I Mortgage Loan) or VA guaranteed.

  • Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Goods and/or Services appointed by or at the direction of the Authority from time to time;

  • Government Grant means a grant-in-aid, subsidy or contribution by the government of the Republic in the national or provincial sphere.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Government assistance means a grant, loan, or tax increment financing that result in a financial benefit from an agency, commission, instrumentality, or other entity of the District government.

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement Supplement has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.

  • Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).

Government-furnished property also includes contractor-acquired property if the contractor-acquired property is a deliverable under a cost contract when accepted by the Government for continued use under the contract.

  • Government Authorizations means all such approvals, consents, authorizations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractors for the construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractors, including, without limitation, those Government Authorizations listed in Schedule 1;

  • Government school means a school established under section 5 of the Act, for the purpose of providing courses of instruction in pre-school, primary or secondary education.
