Government Subcontract definition

Government Subcontract means each contract between the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor relating to a contract between such Person and any governmental entity, and each Bid with respect to Government Subcontracts.
Government Subcontract shall have the meaning attributed to such term under the definition ofGovernment Contract”.
Government Subcontract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).

More Definitions of Government Subcontract

Government Subcontract means each contract of Company or any of its Subsidiaries with a Person (other than Company or any of its Subsidiaries) for the supply of goods or services to such Person pursuant to a Government Contract between such Person and a United States Government Authority.
Government Subcontract means a Contract that is a subcontract between the Company and any third party relating to a prime contract with the DOD or any other Governmental Body.
Government Subcontract means any subcontract, basic ordering agreement, letter subcontract, purchase order, delivery order, or other commitment of any kind between an Acquired Company and any prime contractor to either the U.S. Government or any subcontractor with respect to a Government prime contract.
Government Subcontract means any Contractual Obligation between the Company and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor relating to a Contractual Obligation between such person and any department or agency of any Governmental Authority, and any subcontract under a Government Contract awarded by the Company to another Person under such Contractual Obligation or subcontract.
Government Subcontract means any subcontract, basic ordering agreement, letter subcontract, purchase order, delivery order, change, arrangement, or other commitment of any kind, on which final payment has not been made, between a party and any prime contractor to either the U.S. Government or a State Government or any subcontractor with respect to a Government Prime Contract. “State Government” means any state, territory or possession of the United States or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, or any department or agency of any of the above with statewide jurisdiction and responsibility, or any municipal or local government, department, agency or instrumentality. “Teaming Agreement” has the same meaning as the termcontractor team arrangement(s)” as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 9.601. “U.S. Government” means the United States Government or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof.
Government Subcontract means any Contractual Obligation between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor relating to a Contractual Obligation between such Person and any United States Government department or agency or an agency of a foreign sovereign, and any subcontract under a Government Contract awarded by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to another party in each case including any task orders or delivery orders issued under such Contractual Obligation or subcontract.
Government Subcontract means any subcontract, purchase order, task order, delivery order, teaming agreement, joint venture agreement, strategic alliance agreement, basic ordering agreement, pricing agreement, letter contract or other similar arrangement of any kind that is currently active in performance between Seller, as an Eligible Contractor, and any prime contractor of the Government in its capacity as a prime contractor, which shall result in Eligible Receivables owed to Seller which may be purchased by Buyer in accordance with this Agreement. A task, purchase or delivery order under a Government Subcontract shall not constitute a separate Government Subcontract, for purposes of this definition, but shall be part of the Government Subcontract to which it relates.
