Relevant Supplier definition

Relevant Supplier shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

Relevant Supplier means a third party bidding to provide New Services;

Relevant Supplier means any person firm or company who is or was at any time during the twelve months preceding the Termination Date a supplier or procurer of goods and/or services to the Company or any Group Company as part of the trading activities within a Relevant Business;

More Definitions of Relevant Supplier

Relevant Supplier means a third party bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services; "Replacement Goods and/or Services" means any goods and/or services which are substantially similar to any of the Goods and/or Services and which are received in substitution for the Goods and/or Services following the expiry or termination of this Framework Agreement;

Relevant Supplier means, in relation to any premises, a gas supplier which supplies to those premises gas which is conveyed thereto (or, where the premises are secondary sub-deduct premises) by the licensee;

Relevant Supplier means in relation to any Shipper, the Supplier (whether or not being such Shipper itself) which supplies or is to supply to the Consumer gas offtaken from the Total System by such Shipper at the Supply Meter Point;

Relevant Supplier means a supplier licensed under section 14(1)(b) of the Act;

Relevant Supplier means a relevant licensed supplier or a relevant exempt self supplier;
