Governance Agreements definition

Governance Agreements means this Agreement and the amended and restated governance agreement to be entered into among the Trust, Fording Amalco, Fording ULC and OTPP;

Governance Agreements means the four Governance Agreements to be entered into among the Trust, New Fording and, separately, each of OTPP, Sherritt, Teck and Westshore;

More Definitions of Governance Agreements

Governance Agreements means those certain Governance Agreements, dated as of September 22, 2017, by and among the Company, each of the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Company and the shareholders party thereto.
