Operating LP definition

Operating LP means AT Limited Partnership, a limited partnership established under the laws of the Province of Manitoba;
Operating LP is defined in the introduction to this Agreement.
Operating LP means BreitBurn Operating L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

Related to Operating LP

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Operating Entity means an entity that operates and controls a portion of the bulk transmission system with the goal of ensuring reliable energy interchange between generators, loads, and other operating entities.
