Goods and/or Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Authority (as appropriate) for the Goods and/or Services from time to time;
Goods and/or Services Requirements means the requirements of the Fund (as appropriate) for the Goods and/or Services from time to time;
Goods and/or Services Requirements. 83 means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Authority (as appropriate) for the Goods and/or Services from time to time; "Government" 84 means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including government ministers and government departments and other bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • The Goods and/or Services set out below may be refined (to the extent set out in Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure)) by a Contracting Body during a Further Competition Procedure to reflect its Goods and/or Services Requirements for a particular Order.

  • In the event that the Supplier submits such a tender, it should include, as a minimum: an email response subject line to comprise unique reference number and Supplier name, so as to clearly identify the Supplier; a brief summary, in the email (followed by a confirmation letter), stating that the Supplier is bidding for the Statement of Requirements; a proposal covering the Goods and/or Services Requirements.

  • Notwithstanding the fact that the Contracting Body has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 81 or 82 (as applicable), the Contracting Body shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Goods and/or Services Requirements.

  • The Supplier shall in writing, by the time and date specified by the Contracting Authority following an invitation to tender pursuant to paragraph 62.1.3 above, provide the Contracting Authority with either: a statement to the effect that it does not wish to tender in relation to the relevant Goods and/or Services Requirements; or the full details of its tender made in respect of the relevant Statement of Requirements.

Related to Goods and/or Services Requirements

  • Goods and/or Services means all of the Goods (if any) and all of the Services (if any) specified in the Contract Specifics.

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

  • Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Acquired Companies’ policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, processing, sharing, safeguarding, security (technical, physical and administrative), disposal, destruction, disclosure, or transfer (including cross-border) of Personal Information.

  • Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Forced labor or services means labor or services that are performed or provided by another person and are obtained or maintained through coercion.

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all applicable (i) Data Protection Laws, (ii) Privacy Policies and (iii) those terms of any Contracts imposing obligations on the Company or its Subsidiaries with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or “CMS” means the federal office under the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

  • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall mean any tax payable on the supply of goods, services or other things in accordance with the provisions of GST Law.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.

  • Medicaid Notification of Termination Requirements Any Contractor accessing payments for services under the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Medicaid programs who terminates their practice will follow the Department of Vermont Health Access, Managed Care Organization enrollee notification requirements.

  • PCS means a radio communication system authorized under the rules for broadband personal communications services designated as Subpart E of Part 24 of the FCC's rules, including the network, marketing, distribution, sales, customer interface and operations functions relating thereto.

  • Demonstration means a show, seminar, or contest in which barber services are rendered for the purpose of educating barbers.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, and ordinances concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety, and pollution or protection of the environment, including without limitation all those relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, as such requirements are enacted and in effect on or prior to the Closing Date.

  • Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed on the site of a building improvement or public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and owners.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Service in the uniformed services means the performance of duty on a voluntary or involuntary basis in a uniformed service under competent authority and includes active duty, active duty for training, initial active duty for training, inactive duty training, full-time national guard duty including state-ordered active duty, and a period for which a person is absent from a position of employment for the purpose of an examination to determine the fitness of the person to perform any such duty.
