  • The representations and warranties of the parties contained in Section 5.21 will expire 30 days after expiration of the applicable statutes of limitations on assessment of Taxes that would be indemnifiable by Sellers under this Agreement (the end of such period, the “Tax Termination Date” and together with the General Termination Date, the “Termination Dates”).
