Gas Surcharge definition

Gas Surcharge has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Gas Surcharge. The funds collected from gas utility ratepayers pursuant to Section 890 et al. of the California Public Utilities Code for public purposes programs, including energy efficiency programs approved by the Commission.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.
