Public Purposes. A. Public Purposes: The DALLAS ISD Board of Trustees identifies the following proper educational public purposes for DALLAS ISD's support of the DEF:

If the Grantee is a non-municipal entity and if monies appropriated under this grant constitute the sole or principal funding source for the acquisition of equipment or facilities, the Grantee agrees that in the event a municipal corporation is formed which possesses the power and jurisdiction to provide for such equipment or facilities, the Grantee shall offer, without compensation, to transfer ownership of such equipment or facilities to the municipal corporation. If the Grantee is a non-profit corporation that dissolves, the assets and liabilities from the grant project are to be distributed according to statutory law, AS 10.20.290-10.20.452.
Public Purposes. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Contributions are intended to be used for public purposes including:  Provision of Infrastructure relating to the land (storm water infrastructure)  Funding of recurrent expenditure relating to the provision of infrastructure (maintenance costs).
Public Purposes. According to this Agreement, Youngsville and LCG agree to obligate themselves to act under the terms and conditions contained herein solely for the public purposes set forth herein and in accordance with Article, VII, Section 14(C) of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974 and/or La.
