Gannett means defendant Gannett Co., Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its headquarters in McLean, Virginia, and includes its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, joint ventures, directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Gannett has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Gannett or “Defendant” means Defendant Gannett Co., Inc., a Delaware corporation.
