The joint use poles covered by this Agreement shall be placed and maintained in accordance with the most stringent requirements, specifications, rules and regulations of the latest edition of the NESC, including any subsequent revisions or amendments thereto, any governing authority having jurisdiction over pole attachments, and the rules and practices of the Power Company as the same may be amended, modified, changed or rescinded from time to time in the reasonable discretion of the Power Company.
All such Antenna coax cable shall be installed in accordance with the NESC.
