  • The Series 2007-1 Certificates shall be subject to retransfer to the Seller at its option, in accordance with the terms specified in subsection 12.2(a) of the Agreement, on any Distribution Date on or after the Distribution Date on which the Series Investor Interest is less than or equal to 10% of the Series Investor Interest on the Funding Period Termination Distribution Date (after giving effect to any increase in the Series Investor Interest on such date).
