Fund Administration Agreement definition

Fund Administration Agreement means the amended and restated fund administration services agreement between the Manager and CIBC Mellon Global, as may be further supplemented, amended and/or amended and restated from time to time;
Fund Administration Agreement means the administration agreement entered into among the Fund and the Partnership, pursuant to which the Partnership provides or arranges for the provision of certain services required for the administration of the Fund.
