Financial Rights means a Member's rights as a member of the LLC (a) to share in Net Income and Net Loss to the extent provided in this Agreement, and (b) to share in distributions to the extent provided in this Agreement.
Commercial Rights means any and all rights of a commercial nature connected with the Event including, without limitation, broadcasting rights, sponsorship rights, merchandising and licensing rights, ticketing rights, promotional rights, catering and hospitality rights, New Media rights and interactive games rights;
International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;
Material Financial Relationship means a relationship in which one person is a recipient of any kind of payment such as by way of a loan or gift during the immediately preceding twelve months, equivalent to at least 25% of such payer’s annual income but shall exclude relationships in which the payment is based on arm’s length transactions.
Small group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health
Eurozone means the region comprised of member states of the European Union that adopt the single currency in accordance with the Treaty establishing the European Community, as amended;
Sustainability Structuring Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.
International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.
Markets means the stock exchanges and regulated markets set out in Appendix I;
Large group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health
Principal Financial Center means, in the case of any Currency, the principal financial center where such Currency is cleared and settled, as determined by the Administrative Agent.
BB ratings indicate that there is a possibility of credit risk developing, particularly as the result of adverse economic change over time. However, business or financial alternatives may be available to allow financial commitments to be met. Securities rated in this category are not investment grade.
Day-Ahead Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Limited Indexation Month means any month specified in the relevant Final Terms for which a Limited Indexation Factor is to be calculated;
external borders means external borders as defined in point 2 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/399;
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to any currency, the principal financial centre for that currency provided, however, that:
Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
the London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;
Classification plan means the orderly arrangement of positions within an agency into separate and distinct job families so that each job family will contain those positions which involve similar or comparable skills, duties and responsibilities [74:840 1.3].
Day-ahead Energy Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
Material financial interest means a personal and pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, accruing to a public servant or spouse, either individually or in combination with each other. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following shall not be deemed to be a material financial interest with respect to a business with which a public servant may be associated:
Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate applicable to any Interest Period means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100 of 1%) by dividing (i) the applicable London Interbank Offered Rate by (ii) 1.00 minus the Euro-Dollar Reserve Percentage.
standard industrial classification code or "SIC code" means a series of four-digit codes devised by the office of management and budget (OMB) of the federal government to classify establishments according to the type of economic activity in which they are engaged.
Additional Financial Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Group size means the number of children in a group.
Banking Day Financial Centre means the Banking Day Financial Centre as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
