Markets definition

Markets means the stock exchanges and regulated markets set out in Appendix I;
Markets means the international financial, commodities, and other applicable markets, where contract rates are being fixed upon free trade, and other markets where various financial assets are traded;
Markets means the financial markets in the jurisdictions in which the Client currently trades with CGS-CIMB together with any additional jurisdictions as may be notified to the Client by CGS-CIMB from time to time and “Market” means any one of them.

More Definitions of Markets

Markets means the markets in which the Products are marketed and sold under the relevant Marketing Authorisation, and “Market” shall be construed accordingly;
