Development Plan and Budget definition

Development Plan and Budget means, a development plan with respect to a Collaboration Program setting forth in reasonable detail specific Clinical Studies and other Party Development Activities to be performed with respect to the Licensed Antibody or a Licensed Product and the budget for such Development activities, which plan shall allocate responsibility for such Clinical Studies and Party Development Activities between the Parties.
Development Plan and Budget means the plan and budget for the Development Program in effect from time to time, as established in accordance with Article 3 below.
Development Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Examples of Development Plan and Budget in a sentence

  • Following the approval (or deemed approval) by the Landlord of the Revised Development Plan and Budget (if required hereunder), with respect to the period of time in question, all references in this Agreement to the Development Plan and Budget shall mean the Revised Development Plan and Budget.

  • Tenant hereby agrees to secure all necessary Development Approvals in connection with the construction and development of the Improvements, all in accordance with the Development Plan and Budget (collectively, the “Development”); and (b) perform all other duties and obligations to be performed by Tenant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation, those duties, responsibilities and obligations set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Tenant shall not undertake the performance of any of the duties, responsibilities and obligations set forth in this Section 3 or elsewhere in this Agreement unless such duties, responsibilities and obligations are expressly authorized pursuant to the Development Plan and Budget or are otherwise approved by Landlord pursuant to Section 4 hereof.

  • On or before the expiration of ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the proposed Revised Development Plan and Budget, Landlord shall deliver written notice to Tenant setting forth Landlord’s approval or disapproval of all or any portion of the same.

  • Following Landlord’s approval of the initial Development Plan and Budget, Landlord and Tenant shall attach the same as Exhibit C to this Agreement.


More Definitions of Development Plan and Budget

Development Plan and Budget or “Development Plan” means the budget and plan for the Development Program and research and development activities to be conducted by the Company during the Warrant Period, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Development Plan and Budget means the written plan set forth on Schedule 1.33 setting forth the activities to be performed by Receptos in connection with the Development of ABT308 in the Lead Indication, which may be amended from time to time with AbbVie’s prior written approval.
Development Plan and Budget shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
Development Plan and Budget means the detailed statement of the tasks and responsibilities, Construction Costs, Cash Flow Forecast and time required to design, procure, construct and develop the Outside Plant which has been approved by all the Owners and is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E. The Development Plan and Budget may only be amended in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Development Plan and Budget means a development plan and/or budget prepared annually by Service Provider and/or Owner, and adopted and approved by Owner. Until such time as an updated, revised, or replacement Development Plan and Budget is adopted and approved by Owner, references to the “Development Plan and Budget” shall be to the Development Plan and Budget attached hereto as Exhibit C; thereafter, references to the “Development Plan and Budget” shall be to the most recently adopted and approved Development Plan and Budget, at it may have been updated or revised with the approval of the Owner.
Development Plan and Budget means the Development Plan and the Development Budget.
Development Plan and Budget shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1 of this Agreement and shall include any Revised Development Plan and Budget if (and as) approved by Landlord in accordance with Section 5.2, below.
