FTE basis definition

FTE basis means a count of students based on full-time equivalency, in accordance with rules adopted by the department of education pursuant to section 3317.03 of the Revised Code. In adopting its rules under this division, the department shall provide for counting any student in category one, two, three, four, five, or six special education ADM or in category one or two vocational education ADM in the same proportion the student is counted in formula ADM.
