Form of Accession means the template which any Third Party contemplating to become a Beneficiary or a Case A Associated Partner signing this Consortium Agreement must sign before acceding to this Consortium Agreement as a Beneficiary, as more particularly set out in Clause 16.2 of this Consortium Agreement.
