Florida Lease Agreement definition

Florida Lease Agreement means that certain lease agreement, dated as of October 1, 2012, between RHP Operations GP, LLC, as lessee and RHP Property GP, LP, as lessor, as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.
Florida Lease Agreement means that certain Lease Agreement dated as of October 10, 2014, by and between Fort Lauderdale Crown Center, Inc. (as landlord) and Credito Real USA Finance, LLC f/k/a AFS Acceptance, LLC (as tenant), as amended, for the lease of Suite 300 consisting of approximately 16,159 rentable square feet on the third floor in the building known as Crown Center, located at 1475 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309.

  • If at any time during the term of this Florida Lease Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever.

  • The parties hereby agree that this document contains the entire agreement between the parties and this Florida Lease Agreement shall not be modified, changed, altered or amended in any way except through a written amendment signed by all of the parties hereto.

Related to Florida Lease Agreement

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Master Leases means the PropCo Master Leases and each other Material Master Lease.

  • Memorandum of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c)(iii).

  • Rental agreement means an agreement that establishes or modifies the terms, conditions, rules, regulations, or any other provisions concerning the use and occupancy of a rental unit.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by that Person as lessee which is not a Capital Lease.

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Occupancy Agreement means a written agreement entered into between an assisted living program and a tenant that clearly describes the rights and responsibilities of the assisted living program and a tenant, and other information required by rule. “Occupancy agreement” may include a separate signed lease and signed service agreement.

  • Lease-purchase agreement means an agreement for the use of personal property by an individual for personal, family or household purposes, for an initial period of four months or less, that is automatically renewable with each payment after the ini- tial period, but does not obligate or require the consumer to continue leasing or using the property beyond the initial period, and that permits the consumer to become the owner of the property.

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • Concession Agreement means the Concession Agreement referred to in Recital (A) above and annexed hereto as Annex-A, and shall include all of its Recitals and Schedules and any amendments made thereto in accordance with the provisions contained in this behalf therein;
