Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes means Holdings’ Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2015 issued pursuant to the Senior Unsecured Note Indenture and any registered notes issued by Holdings in exchange therefor pursuant to the Senior Unsecured Note Indenture, as contemplated by the registration rights agreement entered into in connection with the issuance of such Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes, with substantially identical terms as such Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes.
