Identical Terms. The terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents applicable to the Additional New Series 2018 Extended Term Loans are identical to the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents applicable to the New Series 2018 Extended Term Loans, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, and Additional New Series 2018 Extended Term Loans shall be treated as of the same Series and Class as the New Series 2018 Extended Term Loans.
