Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes means Holdings’ 7.125% Senior Fixed Rate Notes due 2017 issued pursuant to the Senior Unsecured Note Indenture and any registered notes issued by Holdings in exchange therefor pursuant to the Senior Unsecured Note Indenture, as contemplated by the registration rights agreement entered into in connection with the issuance of such Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes, with substantially identical terms as such Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes.

  • Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement).

  • Term Notes means, collectively, the Term A Notes and the Term B Notes.

  • Subordinated Debentures means the debentures exchangeable by the Company for the Preferred Stock in accordance with the Certificate of Designations therefor.
