Relevant Rate definition

Relevant Rate means the Benchmark for a Representative Amount of the Specified Currency for a period (if applicable or appropriate to the Benchmark) equal to the Specified Duration commencing on the Effective Date.
Relevant Rate means the Benchmark for a Calculation Amount of the Relevant Currency for a period (if applicable or appropriate to the Benchmark) equal to the relevant Interest Period;
Relevant Rate means (i) with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing, the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate or (ii) with respect to any RFR Borrowing, the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR, as applicable.

  • Where "Overnight Rate Determination" is specified to be applicable in the relevant Final Terms, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will be the Overnight Relevant Rate for such Interest Period plus or minus (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms) the Margin (if any).
