Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture definition

Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 21, 1997 between Company and Bankers Trust Company, as trustee, pursuant to which the Fixed Rate Senior Notes are issued, as such Indenture may hereafter be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of December 15, 1994 among the Company, as issuer, each of the subsidiary guarantors named therein as guarantors, and Texas Commerce Bank, National Association, as trustee.
Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of August 1, 2008, between the Company and Branch Banking and Trust Company, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated December 10, 2009, among the Company, certain subsidiaries of the Company and Branch Banking and Trust Company, as Trustee, with respect to the Fixed Rate Senior Notes.
