First Productive Use definition

First Productive Use means seventy-two (72) hours of continuous operation after the date on which the software is first used with UTMB’s live data to perform the intended function of the software. First Productive Use shall be restricted to the live production system and will not include the test systems.
First Productive Use means the County’s first use of the System.

More Definitions of First Productive Use

First Productive Use means when Purchaser first uses the System to process actual data for production purposes and such use for production purposes continues for thirty (30) consecutive days.
