Festival Grounds definition

Festival Grounds means the real property described in the Confidential Settlement Agreement dated April 22, 2011 between the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District, Pinnacle, and Creative Casinos, LLC (the former name of the Ameristar Louisiana Entity) that the parties agreed to lease jointly from the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District.
Festival Grounds means the property known as the Festival Grounds as referenced in the Settlement Agreement.”

  • Colony means a hive and its equipment and appurtenances, including bees, comb, honey, pollen, and brood.

  • Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
