Federal Parent Locator Service definition

Federal Parent Locator Service means a service, which includes the NDNH, conducted under the direction of OCSE pursuant to section 453 of the Social Security Act for purposes specified in sections 453 and 463. 42 U.S.C. §§ 653 and 663.
