Facility B Credit definition

Facility B Credit means the revolving performance letter of credit facility committed under the Original Credit Agreement.
Facility B Credit means the committed revolving performance letter of credit facility in the maximum amount of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY MILLION CDOLLARS (C$120,000,000) or, to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement, the Equivalent Amount thereof in another currency acceptable to the Issuing Bank which the Lenders will make available to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to, and in accordance with the terms of, ARTICLE 4 and other provisions of this Agreement.
Facility B Credit is defined in Section 1.2 hereof.

Related to Facility B Credit

  • Facility B Loan means a loan made or to be made under Facility B or the principal amount outstanding for the time being of that loan.

  • Facility B means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

  • Facility B Commitment means, with respect to each Facility B Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender to make Facility B Revolving Loans and to acquire participations in Facility B Letters of Credit, Facility B Protective Advances and Facility B Swingline Loans, expressed as an amount representing the maximum possible aggregate amount of such Lender’s Facility B Revolving Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to (a) Section 2.09 and (b) assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04.   • Facility A means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Revolver Facility means the credit facility as described in and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Revolving Credit means the credit facility for making Revolving Loans and Swing Loans and issuing Letters of Credit described in Sections 1.2, 1.3 and 1.7 hereof.

  • Availability Credit means the remedy IBM will provide for a validated Claim. The Availability Credit will be applied in the form of a credit or discount against a future invoice of subscription charges for the Service.

  • Bank Credit Facility means any credit agreement or working capital facility among the Company and/or its Subsidiaries and one or more lenders, as such credit agreement or working capital facility may be amended, renewed, extended, substituted, refinanced, restructured, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified (including with other lenders) from time to time, regardless of whether any other credit agreement or working capital facility or any portion thereof was outstanding or in effect at the time of such amendment, renewal, extension, substitution, refinancing, restructuring, replacement, supplement or modification.

  • Total Facility B Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility B Commitments, being €30,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

  • Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.

  • Tranche A Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche A Commitments.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Facility C means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (Facilities).

  • Tranche B Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche B Commitments.

  • Revolver means a short firearm having a cylinder of several chambers that are brought successively into line with the barrel to be discharged, designed to be aimed and fired by the use of a single hand.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Facility Lender Any lender(s) or tax equity financing party providing any Facility Debt and any successor(s) or assigns thereto, collectively.

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.

  • Revolving Facility Percentage means, with respect to any Revolving Facility Lender of any Class, the percentage of the total Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class represented by such Lender’s Revolving Facility Commitment of such Class. If the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class have terminated or expired, the Revolving Facility Percentages of such Class shall be determined based upon the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments pursuant to Section 9.04.

  • Facility A Loan means a loan made or to be made under Facility A or the principal amount outstanding for the time being of that loan.

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by the Issuing Bank or any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • Revolving Facility Exposure means, for any Lender at any time, the sum of (i) the principal amount of Revolving Loans made by such Lender and outstanding at such time, and (ii) such Lender’s share of the LC Outstandings at such time.

  • Revolving Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue Advances, as specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
