Facility C definition

Facility C means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (Facilities).

Facility C means the revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2 (The Facilities).

Facility C is defined in Section 3.02.

Examples of Facility C in a sentence

• Each Borrower which has drawn a Facility C Loan shall repay that Loan on the last day of its Interest Period.

• Facility C means the English law governed EUR 650,000,000 term loan facility made or to be made available to KDVS for the purposes of paying any of its payment obligations in connection with the Acquisition.

Facility C means the $3,000,000,000 60 Month revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
