Facility C definition
Facility C means the term loan facility made available or (as the case may be) to be made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Facility C means the revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities), part of which may be designated as Ancillary Facilities in accordance with Clause 7 (Ancillary Facilities).
Facility C is defined in Section 3.02.

Any prepayment of a Loan pursuant to Clause 8.5 (Voluntary prepayment of Facility A Loans), Clause 8.6 (Voluntary prepayment of Facility B Loans) or Clause 8.7 (Voluntary prepayment of Facility C Loans) shall be applied pro rata to each Lender's participation in that Loan.
