Facility A definition
Facility A means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Facility A means the Facility A Commitments and the extensions of credit made thereunder.
Facility A is defined in Section 2.01.

Facility A means the revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1(a) (The Facilities).
