Existing 2030 Senior Notes definition

Existing 2030 Senior Notes means the 5.000% Senior Notes due 2030 issued pursuant to that certain Indenture, dated February 25, 2022, among the Company, as issuer, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Existing 2030 Senior Notes means the aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 4.875% Senior Notes due 2030 outstanding on the Issue Date.
Existing 2030 Senior Notes means the Issuer’s $2,250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Senior Notes due 2030 issued on July 10, 2019 and October 7, 2019.

Related to Existing 2030 Senior Notes

  • Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.

  • Existing Senior Notes Indentures means, the indentures governing the Existing Senior Notes, each as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Senior Notes means $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture on the Closing Date.

  • Senior Notes Trustee means U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee under the Senior Notes Indenture, and its successors and assigns, and any replacement trustee permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Senior Notes Indenture.
