Excluded Trademarks definition

Excluded Trademarks means the individual Trademark registrations (or applications for registrations) for the Core Trademark used either (a) in combination with an immaterial logo, design, word, slogan or other additional element or (b) in connection with immaterial goods and services, including each of the Trademark registrations and applications for registrations specified on Schedule 1.01(F).
Excluded Trademarks means, whether registered or unregistered, all trademarks, trade dress, service marks, service names, brand marks, trade names, brand names, logos, business symbols, slogans or other designations of origin and all registrations, registration applications and rights relating thereto, other than the trademarks included in the Transferred Intellectual Property.
