Exchangeable Note Indenture definition

Exchangeable Note Indenture means the Indenture for the Exchangeable Notes, to be dated on or around the Closing Date, among the SPV Issuer, as issuer, Holdco Buyer, as guarantor, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, including the form of Exchangeable Note and Exchangeable Note Guarantee attached thereto, in substantially the form attached hereto as Attachment D.
Exchangeable Note Indenture means the Indenture for the Exchangeable Notes, dated as of January 29, 2015, among Note Issuer, as issuer, Seller Parent, as guarantor, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Exchangeable Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as trustee.
