Prior to the Charter Holder’s provision of educational instruction under this Charter, the Charter Representative shall attend the full-day Special Education Training for Newly Chartered Schools sponsored by the Arizona Department of Education, Exceptional Student Services.
In the event either an Exceptional Student teacher or a content teacher requests a co-teacher, before paring such Inclusion co-teachers, the Administration will consult both the Instructional Leader of that department, the Exceptional Student Services facilitator, and the teachers making the request.

Arrange and make provision for transportation, in accordance with established BOARD guidelines, for those eligible children who receive Exceptional Student Services in settings other than ALPI centers.
The District shall provide special education support services to students at the School, except that the School shall hire its own special education teacher(s) and paraprofessional(s) subject to review of licensing, and with the approval of the District’s Executive Director of Exceptional Student Services, such approval shall only be withheld for cause.
