Every replacement Security definition

Every replacement Security issued under this Section shall constitute an obligation of the Corporation, entitled to all the benefits of this Indenture equally and proportionately with any and all other Securities.
Every replacement Security is an additional obligation of the Company. The provisions of this Section 2.08 are exclusive and shall preclude (to the extent lawful) all other rights and remedies with respect to the replacement or payment of mutilated, lost, destroyed or wrongfully taken Securities.

  • Replacement Securities means securities of the same issuer, class and denomination as Loaned Securities.

  • Replacement Airframe means any airframe substituted for the Airframe pursuant to Article IV of the Trust Indenture.

  • U.S. Government Securities means securities that are direct obligations of, and obligations the timely payment of principal and interest on which is fully guaranteed by, the United States or any agency or instrumentality of the United States the obligations of which are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States and in the form of conventional bills, bonds, and notes.

  • Government Securities means direct obligations of, or obligations guaranteed by, the United States of America, and the payment for which the United States pledges its full faith and credit.

  • Restricted Security has the meaning assigned to such term in Rule 144(a)(3) under the Securities Act; provided, however, that the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, at its request, and conclusively rely on an Opinion of Counsel with respect to whether any Note constitutes a Restricted Security.
