Unrestricted Certificated Security definition

Unrestricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security that is not a Restricted Security.

Unrestricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security which is not a Transfer Restricted Security.

Unrestricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security the restrictions on transfer of which have expired or otherwise been removed.
